How to wash your bamboo bedding
Bamboo bedding is soft, breathable and comfortable against the skin - and with the right care you can maintain the delicious quality wash after wash.
Preparation
Start by turning your bamboo bedding inside out and close the zipper. It protects both the fabric and the zipper during washing.
Separation
Feel free to wash your bamboo bedding separately or together with similar soft textiles. Avoid washing it with coarse materials, towels or textiles with sharp zippers, as this can cause unnecessary wear on the fabric.
Temperature
Wash at a low temperature – preferably 30 or 40°C. Bamboo fibres thrive best when washed gently, and too much heat can affect both softness, fit and durability.
Mild detergent
Use a mild detergent without bleach or harsh chemicals. Avoid fabric softener, as it can form a film on the fibres and reduce the bamboo fabric's natural softness and breathability.
Gentle wash
Select a gentle wash program with low spin. It helps to maintain the smooth surface of the fabric and reduces the risk of unnecessary wear and tear.
Drying
Please let your bamboo bedding air dry. Avoid direct sunlight for a long time, as it can affect the colour. If you use a tumble dryer, it should only be on low heat, but air drying is recommended to preserve the quality as best as possible.
Ironing
